Liz is an editor and partner at Tortoise. She is the editorial lead across our ThinkIn programme, the 'voice of Tortoise' in our brand experience and communications and writes regularly on business, marketing and culture. Liz is an award-winning marketer with 20 years' experience directing brand strategy and communications for global media companies. Prior to joining Tortoise, she was Chief Marketing Officer of Ascential plc, a FTSE250 B2B media company, where she led marketing across a portfolio of global brands including Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, WGSN and Money20/20. She is a former publisher of heat magazine and has worked on The Times, The Telegraph and ELLE. Liz is a card-carrying feminist, on the board of The Fawcett Society and an active member of the Women’s Equality Party.
