Rashida Josiah

I’ve been freelancing in the tv industry for the last three years. With the support of Grierson, I’m now working as a senior researcher in Manchester and a lot of my work involves casting people for various television shows. I often work during the filming stages so in studios and other locations. I’m passionate about social justice and representation and I try to channel that into other creative projects outside of my work so I do a bit of filmmaking, podcasting and social media activism with the hope of driving positive social change.
