Join Lauryn, a writer, researcher, and advocate for diversity in STEM, as she shares her inspiring journey to becoming an influential voice in the STEM community. This session will explore ways to build confidence, and seize opportunities in STEM careers. Lauryn will offer insights from her book, The Shuri Effect: Bridging the Gap for Young Black Women in STEM, and her experiences working to close representation gaps. Students will leave empowered to take charge of their futures, inspired by her actionable advice, and equipped to tackle challenges in STEM with confidence.
