A heartfelt thank you to our valued supporters

As a charity, around 90% funded by grants and donations, the support of donors is vital if we are to continue to grow and to reach those young people who are unable to access our opportunities. We couldn’t change young lives without your help.

Support from AL Philanthropies

AL Philanthropies is the grant making foundation created by Futures for All Chairman,
Andrew Law, to fund various philanthropic initiatives. It has been our principal funder since
our inception, and remains so. Their giving powered our growth both in our Speakers for Schools program and then in Work Experience, allowing us to grow rapidly impacting as many young lives as possible. Founded in 2011, the AL Philanthropies focusses on four key pillars
of Education, Health, Culture and Environment, in order to enable meaningful change and
to redress a lack of balance in these areas due to a lack of funding or political will. These goals mirror our own, and this support directly contributes to the delivery of the large majority of
our work.

We would like to thank our Chairman, Andrew Law for his unwavering commitment to our cause.

Support from The Hg Foundation

Funded by The Hg Foundation and Futures For All, the IntoTech project addresses a critical challenge: young people, particularly girls and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, don't see tech careers as 'something for them.' The programme aims to change that by inspiring young people and highlighting pathways into the sector. In 2024-25, IntoTech ran its pilot year by partnering with schools carefully selected according to our own bespoke NEED score. Beneficiaries were able to access inspirational talks, insight days and tech-related work experience placements with a diverse range of employers that would otherwise have been out of reach.

Following the pilot's success, IntoTech is scaling to reach five times as many schools in the second year of the programme with a randomised controlled trial to evaluate impact. Participants will also access mentoring from third-party specialists to build on their learning from talks and placements.

Thank you to The Hg Foundation for making this project possible.
