Our impact

Impact matters to us

Through significant philanthropic investment, we have been delivering a progressive career programme, or "modern work experience", for more than a decade; from inspirational talks, through skills development activities to impactful, multi-day work experiences, we deliver change at scale and quality.

As the largest provider of work experience in the UK, we believe that quality and impact matter most as the key indicators of successful interventions. Our strategy is clear: to deliver high-quality, fairly accessed work experience at both local and national levels and to leave no young person behind. As is demonstrated by the measurable benefits reported from our programmes.
