Nick Brook

Chief Executive Officer

Nick became Chief Executive Officer at Futures For All in 2023. Before his appointment, Nick was Deputy General Secretary of the National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) for seven years, during which time he chaired highly influential commissions on improving school accountability and school improvement. Post-COVID, Nick chaired the Department for Education's Strategic Tutoring Advisory Group, providing advice to Ministers on actions to improve the impact of tutoring on the achievement of disadvantaged pupils.


Prior to this, he ran his own successful educational consultancy and held senior civil service positions, including at Ofsted, the Home Office, and the Teacher Training Agency. Nick started his career as a Primary School teacher, working in disadvantaged schools on the south coast of England.

Carly Window

Deputy CEO and Director of Programmes and Delivery 

Carly has worked at Futures For All for the last decade, having initially joined as an Engagement Manager looking after our Speakers for Schools school talk programme. Today, Carly works to support the CEO in leading the organisation, ensuring effective strategic and operational management and works with teams to deliver, develop and enhance the impact of all Futures For All programmes.


Carly’s previous work within the conference and exhibition sector encompassed bringing high-level agendas into the voice of events for speakers, providing practical support for great engagement and facilitating partnerships to make this happen. This largely consisted of programme management and conferencing for over five years, working with world-class clients, speakers and suppliers in both the public and private sector.

Elnaz Kashef 

Director of Policy, Research & Impact

Elnaz leads the Policy, Research and Impact function, bringing extensive expertise in social mobility, careers education and youth transitions. She has advised government through consultations and sector initiatives, most recently helping to shape the national work experience guarantee. An accomplished researcher, she has authored over 50 publications, including influential ‘what works’ reports that inform both policy and practice. Elnaz combines academic rigour with practical leadership in the charitable sector, building policy and research functions from the ground up and driving evidence-based campaigns that have shaped thought leadership across the careers and skills landscape.

Sarah Cleveley

Director of Development 

Sarah has served as Director of Development at Futures For All for over five years, leading employer engagement and partnership development. With over 20 years of experience in third sector leadership and qualifications in safeguarding, media, and tendering, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Sarah has built partnerships across the UK to strengthen the charity’s mission that no young person should leave school without meaningful, impactful work experience. Through her work, she unites employers, educators, and communities to expand access, drive social mobility, and help every young person develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Fraser Rackham

Director of Technology 

Frasers’ team is responsible for delivering products, ensuring quality, and achieving outcomes that matter.


Before moving into technology, Fraser spent a decade in secondary schools, progressing from curriculum support to senior leadership roles managing data, HR, finance, and premises. Fraser delivered training to managers on leadership and coaching, presented data analysis to governors and led a complex data migration project.


Fraser made the transition to software development in 2017, starting as a graduate developer and working his way through various engineering roles before returning to leadership. This journey from education to technology, combined with hands-on experience building systems and leading teams, has shaped how Fraser wants to approach technological and process challenges: with empathy for the people involved, respect for evidence and measurement, and a pragmatic focus on what actually works!

Edgar Sutcliffe

Director of Fundraising 

Born in Sheffield and raised in Nottingham, Edgar returned to Sheffield to study Archaeological Science before realising that, to him, ancient history felt more like a hobby than a career. In a fundraising career crossing into its third decade, he's worked with a variety of charities, including at The Royal Society as part of the small team that successfully completed the Society’s £100m 350th Anniversary Campaign. In June 2013 he was included as one of Fundraising Magazine’s ’25 under 35’, which named the UK’s best young fundraisers. Following a stint as Head of Fundraising at the Royal College of GPs, he joined the NSPCC in August 2015, becoming its Head of Major Giving in 2018. Edgar joined Futures For All as Director of Fundraising in September 2024.

Rachel Godbold

Director of Corporate Services 

Rachel joined Futures For All in August 2025 and as Director of Corporate Services is responsible for the HR, Finance and Governance functions. Prior to joining Rachel was Chief Operating Officer at Brightside, the UK's leading online mentoring charity, working with 8,000 young people each year. Before moving into the charity sector in 2016, Rachel spent nine years with EY in their Audit and Advisory divisions. Rachel is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, Rachel sits on the BBC Children in Need London grant making panel and has served as a trustee of a children’s mental health charity and sat on the Charity Panel at ICAS (the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland).

Ahmet Ahmet

Director of Work Experience Programmes 

Ahmet began his career in theatre before transitioning to the education sector. At Futures For All, he oversees our work experience programme and business development teams. This includes leading the strategic direction of our work experience programme to establish employer partnerships, generate income, design high-quality, multi-day work experience and, enable us to have a transformational impact on all young people who engage in our programmes.


Previous experience includes Director of diversity charity Get Into Theatre, Head of Inclusive Talent Engagement at Somerset House, Head of School for School 21, as well as studying for a PhD in theatre equality, diversity and inclusion.

Naomi Abou El Aala

Associate Director, Programmes and Delivery

Naomi joined Futures For All in 2022, initially as Head of Volunteering, then Head of Youth Engagement and Safeguarding, before her current role as Associate Director, Programmes and Delivery continuing her role as Designated Safeguarding Officer. Across these roles, Naomi has a good insight and understanding of teams across the organisation, is dedicated to collaborative working, and is a continued champion for youth voice.


With a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Youth and Community Development, Naomi’s career history has been a continuous journey within the sector. First delivering on, and then managing, programmes designed for young people to inspire and support them to reach their full potential and create a more equitable and cohesive society.
