The power of change-making campaigns
Career-focussed campaigns
Through our tailored programmes and campaigns, we use our reach to shine a light on different careers and industries to give young people in state education the opportunity to fuel their ambitions. In partnership with leading organisations, we have been able to reach talented students from our network of over 2,700 schools and colleges to, in turn, help businesses to grow their talent pipeline, address skills shortages and diversify their sector.
Public campaigns
As a leading social mobility charity in the UK, we use our network to raise awareness about the impact of systemic inequalities and then galvanise support to drive change. Our national and local campaigns target areas where we believe we can make the most impact through the power of partnership and collaboration.

IntoTech career-focussed campaign
Tech, Science & Engineering
Our IntoTech programme, in partnership with The Hg Foundation, aims to transform the UK tech sector and boost social mobility by giving state-educated students from under-represented backgrounds the chance to explore and pursue careers in technology.
Discover! Creative Careers campaign
Creative & Media Arts
As part of a national campaign funded by the government and the Arts Council, we are partnered with ScreenSkills to offer work experience and talks which showcase creative tech, film, animation, design, music, fashion, publishing, crafts, and so much more.

World Cup of Careers
Sports, Travel & Hospitality
Tens of millions of young people in the UK love football. But most young fans know the chances of them making it as professional footballers are pretty slim, and they never consider the hundreds of other roles the industry offers. In the build-up to the 2022 World Cup, we inspired thousands of young people to keep their dreams alive when we delivered a jam-packed schedule of insight sessions over two weeks from men and women who perform important roles either on or off the pitch from physios to sports psychologists and business managers.

Green Skills Week
Environment & Infrastructure
Climate change and the race to net zero are changing the job landscape with many new and unique employment opportunities arising as employers switch to more sustainable practices. With so much change happening so fast most young people would struggle to know what this means for them. Through our first-ever cross-programmatic campaign, we delivered thousands of fully funded work experience placements as well as more than a hundred inspirational talks and broadcasts linked to the green economy to help young people feel better prepared to consider a green career in the future.
