The policy and research shaping Futures For All
Everything we do is informed by the evidence of our research and underpinned by a relentless focus on impact, demonstrated by the measurable benefits reported from our programmes.
Our Policy, Research, and Impact team plays a fundamental role in ensuring that we always have the evidence to substantiate what we say, that we have robust measures for tracking impact, and that we always put our learning to the best possible use. Through benchmarking, quality assurance, external reviews and consulting our in-house Youth Council, we strive to offer meaningful support to students from all social backgrounds and use our influence to drive transformational change at a community and system level.
We help all young people from state schools and colleges to access our fully funded Work Experience and Speakers for Schools programmes. Ready to join us in our mission?
3 ways we can increase our influence
01
By growing the evidence base
Undertaking and commissioning research means we continuously improve our offering, and others can benefit from our findings too.
02
Through thought leadership
Influencing policymakers at a local and national level with expertise on providing practical solutions to systemic problems.
03
By maximising our impact
Improving our offer to young people from state schools and colleges by continuous application of best practice and drawing on evidence.

Hear from Dr. Elnaz Kashef
Our Director of Policy, Research, and Impact
“Evidence shows that structural barriers and regional inequalities act as a multiplier for disadvantage that can significantly impede a young person’s life outcomes. Yet research also indicates that closing the opportunity gap is not only achievable but also not prohibitively expensive. We welcome the chance to share our insights and expertise with policymakers and work together to drive true transformational change in the UK.”
