Our Long-Term Partners

At Futures For All, our long-term partnerships are the backbone of the impact we create. Today, we’re proud to recognise the 16 organisations that have worked with us for between 2 and 10 years – partners who have shown sustained commitment, trust and belief in our mission. Through consistent investment of their time, expertise and people, they have helped open doors for young people across the UK and played a direct role in shaping meaningful, lasting opportunities.

Together, these partnerships have enabled more than 23,500 young people to take part in high-quality placements, opportunities that would simply not exist without the commitment and belief of our partners. These aren’t just one-off interactions. They are multi-year relationships built on shared purpose, trust and a joint ambition to do more for young people. Whether it’s co-designing new programmes, expanding reach year on year, or strengthening face-to-face delivery, our partners have supported young people to explore careers with confidence – and shown what long-term impact really looks like.

Spotlight on Our Long-Standing Partners

Every partnership brings something unique to the Futures For All community, and together they represent the breadth, ambition and generosity of employers across the UK.

Kainos

One of our longest-standing partners, Kainos has worked with us for almost five years, giving more than 3,600 young people the chance to explore the world of tech. Their commitment to growing in-person multi-day experiences, alongside high-quality virtual programmes has made them a consistent champion of meaningful early careers exposure.

“At Kainos, our Tech Outreach vision is simple: to inspire young people and those from under-represented groups to become the next generation of technology leaders through meaningful work experiences, authentic storytelling, coaching, and access to some of the best creative minds in our organisation. Partnering with Futures for All on virtual and in-person programmes enables us to reach more schools and more students than ever before. Together, we are broadening access to computing education, showcasing the possibilities of future technologies, and nurturing confident, diverse talent for the industry of tomorrow."

Deborah Sanderson, Early Careers Programmes Lead, Kainos

Boots

Now entering its fifth year of partnership, Boots has supported more than 2,600 young people and is a brilliant example of a business deepening its commitment over time. This year marks their first face-to-face work experience programme, a milestone that reflects their passion for connecting young people with real workplace insight.

“At Boots, we understand the value of meaningful work experience and how this helps young people prepare for the world of work. Our experience programme and career talks give insight into the wide range of exciting career opportunities we offer. These initiatives not only allow young people across the UK to explore their interests, but also help them make more informed, balanced decisions about their future careers. In collaboration with Futures For All, we’ve created a safe and supportive space where young people can be curious, gain new skills, boost their confidence, and truly thrive.”

Hayley Dennett, Employability Manager, Boots

Equifax

From two bespoke Discovery Workshops in 2023 to a multi-region programme spanning London, Nottingham and Leeds, Equifax has demonstrated how partnerships can evolve. With over 1,600 students engaged, and new remote placements launching to widen national reach, they show what’s possible when organisations innovate year on year.

“We are thrilled with how much our partnership with Futures For All has grown to reach more young people with both career education and financial literacy to give them skills to set them up for life. Data has been a thread throughout this programme from using data to identify those areas most in need to measuring our impact.”

Sue Owen-Bailey, Head of Environmental, Social and Governance, Equifax

Camden Council – STEAM Programme

Our five-year partnership with Camden Council has enabled 1,200 young people from 11 state schools and colleges in Camden to attend multi-day work experience placements, powered by collaboration with up to 30 local employers. It stands as a shining example of place-based work experience that brings together local organisations, schools and communities to create lasting impact.

Reed Smith & DWF Law

Two of our most committed legal-sector partners, both spanning five to ten years, Reed Smith (ten years) and DWF (five years) have combined in-person insight days, remote programmes, industry spotlight talks and tailored WEX to reach nearly 4,000 young people between them. Their programmes help demystify the legal profession and open pathways that many young people never realised were possible.

“Having started our partnership with Futures For All in March 2016, we are delighted that we can continue working together to provide our insight events and work experience placement opportunities to young people. We launched our ‘Responsible Business Student Pipeline Programme’ in September 2025 to provide a platform between our Responsible Business and our Early Careers Teams to continue to offer opportunities to young people who are looking for a career in a law firm.”

Carole Mehigan, Responsible Business Manager, Reed Smith

Mondelēz International

A partner who consistently goes above and beyond, Mondelez has embedded Futures For All into their early careers approach – even creating their own work experience webpage to centralise access. Their contributions to the High-Quality WEX Report and Kitemarking work show their dedication to raising standards right across the sector.

“Futures For All have been critical for enabling us to deliver our engaging R&D Chocolate Development remote work experience programme to highlight fast moving STEM career opportunities in the food industry, the UK’s largest and most critical Advanced Manufacturing sector. The Futures For All team are always on hand to guide us on content and presenting styles as well as answer technical legal questions. They have supported us through recruitment and delivery with feedback and suggestions, and the post-experience Impact Report is fantastic for quantitatively defining the value of our program. I look forward to continually evolving and growing with Futures For All for many years to come.”

Martyn Robinson, Senior Food Scientist, Mondelēz International

ScreenSkills

In just two years, ScreenSkills has supported over 4,700 young people, driven by exceptional collaboration with employers across the creative industries. Their commitment to opening doors into film, TV and gaming careers makes them one of our most impactful short-term, high-reach partners.
