We're joined with Solomon N'Jie, the first black rugby player in the UK who went on to become President of the club he started at, Wasps UK. He's also worked in the RAF, the Olympics and Microsoft and these moments all came from him taking a first step. He's here to share his story of hardship, taking chances and gaining of skills that have helped him build and success in his career.
