Carli joined Reddit in 2023 as EMEA Agency Development Lead partnering closely with Media Agencies to help them get the most from the Reddit platform. Previously, she has worked at Channel 4 and led the UK Agency team at Pinterest for 4 years and before that - spent 16 years at Google, managing major retail and media agency relationships.

A passionate advocate for wellness and culture, Carli regularly teaches Yoga to Reddit teams and agency partners. A firm believer that life is all about balance - she’s also a crisp enthusiast and a r/crisps regular, collects kimonos, and is a devoted George Michael obsessive and still recovering from recently being asked who George Michael is!!
