Clare Booth

Clare is Group People Director for Volkswagen in the UK, which includes the Volkswagen Brands, CUPRA Seat, Audi and Skoda. She is responsible for all People & Culture topics in the group. She has worked in HR for over 15 years, most recently in the Automotive sector with VW, Scania, and Mercedes-Benz. She enjoys helping companies to hit their financial targets by getting the right people with the right skills and mindset onboard. Clare was born and raised in the North-West, although she is now based in the South-East with her husband and two children. She plays netball in a local league and enjoys strength training in her spare time.
