Faye Ryder-Humphries

Faye Ryder Humphries is a People Director. Her career journey has taken her across the world, from working at Universal Studios in Florida to living and working on the West Coast of Australia, experiences that shaped her confidence, resilience, and belief in stepping beyond comfort zones.

As a female leader in a senior role, Faye is committed to challenging stereotypes and encouraging young people to aim high and lead with authenticity. She is also proud to be a gay woman in leadership, and openly shares her experiences to help young people own their authenticity, feel supported, and confident in being themselves.

Through her talks, Faye hopes to inspire students to believe that their background, identity, or starting point does not define their future. Her message is simple: with self belief, courage, and kindness, it is possible to build a life and career you are proud of, wherever in the world it may take you.
