James Goodman

A retail expert whom has worked across a number of commercial and people roles both within the UK & Overseas. My early career was working at small retail consultancy, before I moved to work Gap Inc one of the world’s largest clothing retailers. I have spent the last 10 years working at Tesco PLC in various leadership roles which has enabled me to lead teams around the globe. In my current role as People Director for the UK & ROI, I have the privilege of leading the team whom overseas the People strategy for the 350,000 colleagues across our stores, distribution centres and corporate offices.
