Julie has substantial experience in HR, specialising in Diversity & Inclusion and leads the Inclusion agenda at Markel Intenational, a global speciality insurer. As co-founder and co-host of ‘D&I Spy’, Julie shares a bi-weekly podcast that brings diversity to life by having candid conversations on uncomfortable topics with business leaders, entertainers and sports people. Julie holds a doctorate with expertise in the effect of children on women’s careers in the UK Financial Services sector and she is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD)
