Karen Heaven

Karen is a Senior Advisor to pension schemes with Avida International, working on areas such as strategy and governance. Before this, she spent fourteen years at Redington as an Investment Consultant to UK pensions schemes and eight years at Morgan Stanley, where she held roles in the European pensions group, as well as in equity and debt capital markets.
Karen holds a degree in Engineering, Economics and Management (MEng) from Oxford University.
