Louise Nash

Senior corporate partner at US law firm, Covington & Burling, advising global technology, life sciences and consumer companies on cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. I am Chair of Covington's global technology industry group and also Chair the firm's EMEA strategy group and served for 8 years on our global board of directors. I am a passionate supporter of our firm's diversity, equality and inclusion programs, with a particular interest in advancing gender and social equality. I was educate exclusively in the State school system and the first generation of my family to attend University. After University I funded my way through law school and the rest as they say, is history! Outside work I am Mum to three children (all currently at University) and in my spare time I enjoy travel, one day eventing with my horse, walking my dogs and generally spending time with friends and family.
