Mark Watson

Mark has a Masters in HR Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with over 20 years' experience of working within HR. Mark started his career with Marks & Spencer, before joining the Royal Bank of Scotland and then BUPA. Mark joined the NHS in 2009 and has delivered a number of senior HR roles across a number of organisations in London and the South East.
