Nicky Yiasoumi

I have a professional background in nursing and health commissioning/contracting and I am currently working in All-age Continuing Care (AACC) within NHS England. As a Deputy Director I am engaged with various internal and external stakeholders to raise the profile of AACC and align it with other key health and social care initiatives. When I am not glued to a computer screen, I like to spend time walking my two dogs.

I have worked for the NHS for more than 23 years and I am passionate about being part of it and what it offers to local communities.
