Guest Speaker Stephanie Mitchell is the Executive Director of Careers and Destinations at UTC Reading. Stephanie sits within the leadership group and leads the careers team to deliver all elements of the UTC Reading Careers Programme. Stephanie has successfully passed her Level 6 qualification in Careers Leadership and has also led the college to achieve the Career Mark. Having been at UTC Reading since September 2016, Stephanie has a passion for diversity in STEM, partnering with WISE to encourage more females to take up a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, as well as the Arts. A firm believer in learning through creativity, Stephanie also heads up the Design and Technology department, teaching subjects such as Product Design and Architecture.
