Steve Hatch

Steve Hatch has over 30 years’ experience leading high growth marketing, media and technology companies.
Appointed as Facebook’s first Regional Director for the UK (2014-16), he went on to become Meta’s Vice President for Northern Europe (2016-23). Prior to this, Steve spent 15 years at WPP, his final role being CEO of media agency MEC which he led to become Agency of the Decade in 2013. Before joining WPP Steve worked in strategy roles at Omnicom and Y&R.
Additionally, Steve has served as a non-executive Director of Reach plc (2015-23), chaired the CBI’s Tech Group (2016-2021), was a Be the Business Advisory Board Member (2020-23), led the Steering group of BRiM (Black Representation in Marketing), and is a member of The Marketing Group of Great Britain Council. He is a passionate advocate for cognitive diversity in the workplace.
