Tina Saul

Tina Saul is the founder of KINTAL, an AI adoption company working with organisations across the creative industries. She has more than 25 years' experience in creative, technology and innovation roles, including leadership positions at Sky, digital and creative agencies and Meta, where she led video production across EMEA.

Tina grew up in a working-class family and built her career without going to university. As a woman working in technology-led and often male-dominated environments, her career has been shaped by adaptability, curiosity and learning as industries changed around her.

She has delivered several talks to school audiences over the years and is particularly interested in helping young people see that there is no single route into a creative career and that they should not rule themselves out because they don't fit a traditional stereotype.
