Tom Toumazis MBE has a portfolio of directorships focused in technology, media and the arts.
He sits on a number of Boards in Music, TV and Ad Technology. Tom is also Founder and Chair of the Childline Board, part of the NSPCC and Deputy Chair of the University of Westminster.
He’s worked in TV, Radio, Newspapers, Film and digital media. He’s run small and large businesses, from start-ups to businesses employing over 8,000 people.
Tom is a public speaker, sharing his work/life experiences and encouraging young people to explore a career in media. He’s given two TEDx talks, one on most dangerous word in the English language and the other on the art of the nudge. He’s a leading ambassador at Speakers for Schools and has shared his talk with over 10,000 students.
Tom has helped raise over £33 million for Childline, including running 9 London Marathons. He’s an Arsenal fan, a movie addict, loves swimming in Hampstead Ponds and playing Chess online. He was awarded an MBE in 2015 for services to children.
