A Taste of What’s Possible

Mondelēz International may be renowned for their global and local snack brands – but their online work experience programme with Futures For All is also a signature offer that’s full of flavour and craftmanship.
Since 2022, the team at Cadbury's Chocolate Center of Excellence in Bournville, Birmingham, has delivered a carefully designed 5-day remote work experience for young people across the UK. Their upcoming opportunity is currently open for application via our Work Experience Finder – whether accessed directly or through Mondelēz International’s website.
“Mondelēz International recognises the importance of investing in the future generations and inspiring young people to see the opportunities within the food industry which is the UK’s largest manufacturing sector. Offering work experience is part of seeing the growth in young people and inspiring them to see what they are capable of.”

Your Opportunities, Their Future
Through our partnership, Mondelēz International have engaged with young people remotely from across the UK, with their latest work experience receiving applications from 42 different schools and attendees from 31 different local authorities.
65% of young people who participated were from Ethnic Minority Backgrounds.
47% identified as female – 53% identified as male.
50% had never previously gained work experience.
Over 8 in 10 participants (82%) felt that the placement raised their awareness of the various career routes within the industry, providing insight into opportunities they may not have encountered otherwise.
Their remote delivery and use of our Work Experience Finder from opportunity advert to applications, to placement, means that our partnership has helped Mondelēz International widen access for young people who might otherwise miss out as well as centralise and standardise their entire work experience offer.
“Those who have previously engaged in our on-site work experience have been those who have been able to travel to site and most often, have connections with our employees. Whilst on-site work experience is valuable and we continue this offering where we can... offering remote work experience diversifies those that can we connect with and inspire. Allowing the young people to join remotely not only reflects the working patterns currently but it also means that those who struggle being in large groups to focus, can work and join from a setting that is more suitable for them.”
Mondelēz International
With our free-to-use Work Experience Finder – a fully safeguarded, one-stop-portal for real-world opportunities – employers no longer need to manage multiple, ad-hoc requests from schools and students or direct young people to various documents and contacts across the business. Our digital platform provides ease and efficiency with one single, consistent access point for both employers and students, significantly reducing the time and effort required by teams, while making the process clearer and more accessible for young people. All you need to do is signpost young people to it – whether directly or via your own platform.
Like Mondelēz International’s webpage, a dedicated space for opportunities and updates can raise awareness of your work experience programme and reduce enquiries, while harnessing your brand recognition and visibility.
“We have a high interest in our remote work experience and we wanted to be able to direct people to a place with all the information in. This has already saved us time and resource in explaining and sharing as we can now direct people to one website. From an applications and impact perspective, it also enables us to reach a wider audience as students who may be searching for work experience placements on our website can now view the webpage and be directed straight to the Futures For All website to apply. The website offers a place for young people to understand and be informed before applying. This helps those who find it beneficial to have an idea of structure to join.”
